Paris Fashion Week… our favorite shows

Posted on

For the past week, designers from all over came to Paris to showcase their spring 2019 Ready-to-Wear collections. And while Team Bliss was absolutely invited to sit front row (wink, wink) we opted to watch from home and recap our favorite looks for you.

Alexander McQueen

Alexander McQueen:  In Alexander McQueen’s spring 2019 Ready-to-Wear collection, they did what they do best: mixing femininity and fierceness. All of the looks had a warrior quality, yet a touch of vulnerability that empowers women.

Dries Van Noten

Dries Van Noten:  says that his 2019 Paris Fashion Week Collection is “Couture, but not in a retro way.” We completely agree with the artistic designer, it is one of his best collections! Dries Van Noten really captured the millennials style and attention with his clean edges and fun patterns.

Christian Dior: is Bliss’s top pick for the “Ready to Wear” 2018 Paris week fashion show. According to A-listers that had the privilege to view the show, there were modern dancers on the runway. The performers and models replicated the essence of the collection with their dark movement and threatening emotion. The theatrical atmosphere was described by Vogue as “a show within a show.”
